寒中お見舞いと、小さな更新

寒中お見舞い申し上げます。
皆さまにとりまして、この一年が、たくさんの笑顔と、幸福に満ちた年となりますように。

少し遅い新年のご挨拶になりましたが、今日は近況を少しだけ。

先月、ホームページを公開してからも、実はずっと構築と改善を続けています。
「初心者にも比較的簡単」と言われている WordPress ですが、
いざ作り始めてみると、小さなところが気になったり、
「もう少しこうしてみたい」という理想が次々と出てきたりして。

私は Web やプログラミングの言語に関しては、右も左もわからないところからのスタート。
そのため、毎日ほんの少し進んでは、また戻ったり。
時には、ホームページが真っ白になってしまうことも何度もありました。

そのたびに、私の頭の中も一瞬真っ白になりますが（笑）、
少しずつ調べて、学んで、AIにも助けてもらいながら、なんとか一歩ずつ進めています。

タイミングによっては、エラーメッセージだけが表示されていたり、
ページが真っ白になっていることがあるかもしれません。
そんな時は、裏側で必死に調整作業をしている最中です。
早ければ数分、長くてもだいたい数時間で元に戻りますので、
「今、作業中なんだな」と、あたたかく見守っていただけたら嬉しいです。

さて、そんな中での小さな変化ですが、
ホームページが更新された際、更新から5日間は
メニューに小さな「new!!」の印が表示されるようになりました。

最近のホームページでは、あまり見かけなくなった表示かもしれませんね。

こうした本当にささやかな変化ひとつでも、
実際にページ上に反映させるまでには、試行錯誤の連続です。
でも、その試行錯誤も含めて、今は楽しみながらホームページを育てています。

改めて、これをお仕事として日々向き合っている
プログラマーさんやエンジニアさんは、
本当にすごいなあと、心から感じています。

これからも少しずつ手を入れながら、より見やすく、より心地よい場所にしていけたらと思っています。

I hope this year brings you many smiles and a life filled with happiness.
This comes a little late as a New Year’s greeting, but I’d like to share a brief update.

Since launching my website last month, I’ve been continuously working on building and improving it.
WordPress is often described as “beginner-friendly,” but once I actually start,
I quickly notice the small details—and before long,
I find myrself wanting to refine and improve things little by little.

I began this process with almost no knowledge of web or programming languages.
Because of that, progress often comes in small steps
—moving forward a little, then sometimes stepping back again.
There have even been moments when the website suddenly turned completely blank.

Each time that happens, my mind goes blank for a moment as well .
Still, by researching, learning gradually, and getting help from AI,
I continue to move forward one step at a time.

Depending on the timing, you may occasionally see error messages or a blank page.
When that happens, it simply means I’m working hard behind the scenes to make adjustments.
In most cases, things return to normal within a few minutes or a few hours,
so I’d appreciate your patience and understanding.

Now, as a small update, I’ve added a tiny “new!!” mark to the menu when a page has been updated.

It may be a display you don’t see very often on modern websites these days.

Even such small changes take a great deal of trial and error to implement properly.
But I’m enjoying the process of building and nurturing the website, including all of that experimentation.

It has also given me a renewed respect for programmers and engineers who work with these systems every day—they truly are amazing.

I’ll continue to make gradual improvements, aiming to create a website that feels more comfortable and easier to navigate.
I hope you’ll enjoy watching it grow over time.
